Just know if you go the OLD DOMINION route it takes about 3-4 weeks in total to get an interview and go through orientation its a slow process.. they need one more driver i believe i might be getting a buddy of mine on. But he doesn't have his endorsements so who knows.. everything will work out for you just stay positive driver.

That's what I will do when I get home tonight. I been waiting for a month now and I already give my company 2 weeks notice but like you said it's better to have more options I apply with and wait for them both. How long did you wait for OD to get hired?

It is out 5 days home weekly. I said it took 3-4 weeks from the day i applied till i got into orientation. You will usually start out going to Rialto, ca and then bounce back to the south east and get your miles in the south east region until your 5 days are completed then you get your 2 full days off at home. Average 5500-6k miles a week as a team Average first year team pay 120-130k each driver.. -

But if you do teams. Try to stick it out. It will be a change of scenery at first but don't give up. Its hard for drivers and companies to find team drivers and the more people quit your leaving someone without a teammate so keep that in mind. Teaming is what you make of it too me i don't mind it. You will work here at an ltl company its very fast pace they pay well but expect you do work hard for it as well. I hope everything works out for you and maybe ill see you around the terminal.
You can always do team for a few years and build up your senoirity and then do solo bid run or solo xtra board. There's lots of drivers that come to ltl and quit very quickly unfortunately.. you will enjoy it here.. -

Exactly great plan .. yeah you will definitely make great money.. good luck with everything maybe ill see you around. As of now terminal manager told me usually it takes team drivers 2yrs to get a bid but as of now he said should only take about 2 months. Again this is for teams not sure how long it will take for solo to establish enough senoirity. You can also ask for extra work at the end of the week if you want more miles then your initial bid run. -
I just applied and see. They just posted another one 2 days ago for linehaul home daily but I'm 100% sure they will give it to someone already working with them but I applied for both positions. Good luck driver

Id give them a call on Wednesday or Thurs next week. Don't let too much time lapse because they take their time hiring. Stay on top of them. Linehaul home daily gotta be careful sometimes thats p&d work but they consider it still Linehaul. Usually home daily is a bid run only and there are 270 drivers here in Linehaul so i doubt they would post this job to the public first, but im still a new driver at ODFL so i don't know everything. Good luck driver i believe you will get the job.
Just know they take about 3-4wks till your orientation date so don't freak out cause i did lol. Once you do your drug test and physical and road test you are basically hired at the point. Honestly during the interview they will offer you the job if they do they will tell you they are sending you an offer letter to sign so basically your hired then as long as you pass the drug test your in. Also they test you in a manual transmission don't get nervous if your not good at it they will give you several weeks of paid training.Speed_Drums Thanks this.
