Western Flyer Express cancelled my livelyhood!

    I was hired on with Western Flyer Express out of OKC,Ok. last year; and on the 7th day of employment, my truck burns to the ground!(fire dept said it was electrical, in the motor). They blackballed me, anyone know of a good attorney?, this company is soooo dirty!.
    I've been driving since 1999, and have NEVER been treated this badly by a company!. HELP!, Please!. I need a good attorney; for truckers.

    SO sorry this happened to you had a couple deals my self with fire in my rig but I own it.

    They are one of the worst companies a person could work for. The owner is a theif, rate cutter and a idot and does not care about his employee's. He had another company back in the 90's and he lease purchased a lot of trucks to drivers all junk Freightliners and then went bankrupt and all the drivers lost their trucks.

    I appriciate your comments. I'm still looking for an attorney that can help me clear my name. I had quite a few companies deny me employment because of those idiots!.
    I've even sent a dispute in to DAC, and was sent back a letter stating that all the PROOF I had sent them was "discarded".

    Often the best way to find a lawyer is through a local lawyer. Call one and they would be happy to suggest someone with experience.

    $75-150 for a lawyer's "letter head." They tell the bums that they will advise you of legal recourse if they don't retract the DAC report.

    Cherrish what we have today, for one never knows what tomorrow might bring.

    I finally got me a good job!, regardless of western flyer express(they don't deem CAPITOLS in their name!.)
    If I could find an attorney, I'de still do it, I lost about $4, 000 in that truck, and #### near my life, and they didn't even care.
