Me too but you wouldn't be troubled much by such comments here. Most French people prefer their meat rare. In England there are 3 categories - well done, medium and rare. In France there are 4, well done, medium, rare, and blue.
Also the 3 English categories are not equal to the first 3 French one, and they've never heard of blue, but if they had they would just say 'still mooing'.
