You can get tankers just not hazmat. Unless, now they are clumped together
I have met a fair amount of flatbedders that are felons.

So, here's a very important question which nobody has yet considered in this thread; Were you CHARGED and CONVICTED as a juvenile, or as an adult? Because, if you were charged and convicted as a juvenile I don't believe you need to disclose that, and your juvenile record would only be viewable if you were going for a law-enforcement or a top-secret clearance. I may be wrong (I'm not a lawyer..), but juvenile offenses are USUALLY sealed. You may need to talk with an attorney about your case, and what you need to disclose or worry about. Even a legal aid group could help you for minimal cost.Rideandrepair, unloader, Numb and 1 other person Thank this.

Hazmat I could understand, but why would tanker be forbidden? Lots of non hazmat stuff is liquid, powder, etc.Rideandrepair Thanks this.

My guess is the DMV clerk was wrong or the question was asked unclearly.
Q: I have felony, can I get doubles/triples, tanker, hazmat endorsements?
A: No.
I've noticed a lot of people only answer the last question asked, or the first question asked, or the one question asked that they focus on when they are asked multiple questions?
Q: Are we meeting Mon or Tue for drinks, dinner, movie and x later?
A: Mon.
Q: for drinks, dinner, movie and X later?
A:I don't drink!!
Q: so that's a yes or no for dinner and a yes or no for x later?
A: no X.TripleSix, Rideandrepair and blairandgretchen Thank this.
