Sunbelt Transport

Ok driver if your talking about Sunbelt out of Jacksonville, Fl. They were bought out by Cypress also out of Flordia. Cypress has some good and alot of bad looking trucks. The couple of drivers who still drive for Sunbelt that I have talked to say that They will keep the Sunbelt name but I know that once Cypress pays off the owners of Sunbelt that will change. You will haul a lot of sheetrock driving for Sunbelt.

 

If the Op was talking about the ads in the Charlotte area, then yes, those ads are for the flatbed company out of FL. not the furniture outfit.

 

I'm guess they're positive a trainee straight out of school will do a better job for them.

I just talked to a recruiter. I've been out of work for well over a year, and they're still interested. their cents per mile is 5 less than my old job though. christ on his throne....

 

I hear ya, I've been off the road for 17 months.

2 GOOD companies have accepted me. No bull from the insurance companies either !!

 

Can I ask the GOOD co's? I will grad in about 3 weeks and am looking a good flatbed comp. Looking at tmc, howard, ct and cypress. Thanks yall.
