PSP goes to the day of the conviction. One day the PSP shows the ticket and the next day it doesn't count. I see you making assumptions. You can if YOU are making the decisions but your assumptions don't override the insurance company/trucking company policy. I think lots of people outside the industry have some sort of religious faith that the MSM talking about "driver shortage" means companies are STILL desperate and hiring evetyone. Driver shortage is a myth and MSM are idiots and late with their info.

PSP is clean because that only shows CMV and his cmv record is clean not an assumption.

If I’m not mistaken PSP shows cmv when pulled over for DOT and move shows all tickets. His mvr isn’t clean but his psp is

Psp shows everything from an inspection for 3 years. Cars don't get inspected.

MVR will have everything lifetime. But for commercial purposes. They only go 10 years. As in no duis.

My assumption comment came after I read a comment about Walmart wants this... so Estes should x... etc. Assumption was used avfew times. If the results are leaving you baffled, maybe ease up on what assumptions are being made.

I mean even did make that assumption which is reasonable assumption I still came here inquiring about it. It’s not like me and my partner quit our jobs because that assumption lol

Nobody said you made an assumption & quit. I suggested stop assuming what the company accepts, especially if the companies aren't accepting your application. Or not.

In the office upon application review. The safety manager didn’t approve of the drivers profile/application or the company owner said not for hire too high of risk and made the executive decision. And they don’t have to tell you any reason for not hiring. At-will employment, we’re not interested.

it also might just be a pattern, every couple months driver gets a ticket or future trajectory/planning where, onboarding felt beyond reasonable doubt the driver will more than likely get another ticket?

so it really might just be a 10,000 foot overview of everything collectively, the PSP, MVR, application in general altogether.. And lastly, they may have pulled the DAC
