Has anyone with an LLC done this yet? Ways around it?

All LLC'S have too report not just trucking. It's all bullsxxx. I disagree 100% of this nonsense. If start a new LLC you have to report with in so many days.

 

It’s a simple on-line report and not a big deal, unless you have something to hide

 

This is becoming more and more of a business unfreindly country.

 

I did mine about 6 weeks ago. It takes about 5 minutes. No biggie.

You can thank all the “Form an LLC in “X” state” companies for this. The government is trying to crack down on all the foreign owned LLC’s registered using some random strip mall address in small town USA.

 

I’d like to think you’re right but that’s getting harder to believe by the second.
