Yep, updraft. No idea what its off of though.
I did one last summer but there wasn't much tuning needed. That one just needed a new float needle and a cleaning. This one is a mess. Everything's plugged up and the throttle/choke shaft packings are shot. Even the brass float was a massive green blob.

Does it have an adjustment on the bottom of the bowl or just a drain plug…? -
Just a drain plug. It cleaned up good in my tank but I'm going to have to attack this one with the wire wheel and a Dremel. Full of sand and some rust too so I'm guessing it sat for years with the inlet wide open.
