Off Duty Time

    I feel like that makes sense. But he lumped it all in with fluids, parts, everything purchased for the truck. He didn’t understand the laws on pc. And with them being vague I can see this happening a lot.

    That is definitely not the case. Two hours sleeper or off duty.

    No. The 2-3 hrs stops your 14hr clock and can be off duty. But your next break must have a minimum if 7hrs in the sleeper

    The problem is there are no laws regarding PC, only guidance that’s open to interpretation by the officer.
