This guy seems to enjoy his job. How could you not when you get to listen to that all day?

@TripleSix I just had a panic attack.

I went to replace the battery on my Harley, only to have the seat bolt fall out. Of course now I’m thinking the wheel and fender have to come off in order to access that, until I just saw this guy on youtube use about 3 zip ties to pull it up to the underside of the fender to be able to get the retainer clip on. -
I had a fight with mine recently. You cannot buy the intake rubbers from the airbox to the carbs for my bike. NLA from Honda and nothing in the aftermarket. Not even any NOS. So to not chance damaging them when I did my carbs I figured I'd unbolt the airbox and slip it back. One bolt on top with 2 spacers in it did not have a captured nut and I did not realize that until the nut fell onto the floor. Had to pull the fender down to be able to just slip my finger in there with the nut stuck to it with a dab of grease. Of course all the 40 year old speed nuts in the plastic fender liner were seized up. Had to drill the head off one of them.

And to further complicate matters I dropped one of the terminal screws. I’m guessing that’s laying on the engine in some unreachable location. That’s gonna bother me because I’m worried about it flying out of there and landing between the belt and sprocket.

I've wondered about the durability of those belts. One of the fellas I talk to frequently at vintage bike meets has told me there's been a hole in the belt of his bike for several years now and it has never grown or caused an issue yet. Think he said he suspects it picked up a rock somewhere.

Kevlar. I've never broke one. Seen it done. Just I never have. Mine is due to be changed. I know I've launched it hard more than once.
Quiet, and no oil all over my back wheel is a big up grade from my last Honda. Never could keep the back wheel clean. -
That's about the only thing I don't care for with my Honda. I clean and oil the chain about every 300-400 km. I make a point about wiping down the tire/rim every time it gets oil on it but it still ends up there.
