I agree, I have no issues with my past Hondas. I like all bikes. But last one had chrome rims, and I do oil chains regularly. I couldn't keep the rim clean. Tried every different chain lube on the market also.

I bought a 98 RoadKing and a 03 Sporty 1200 last year. Had to replace the battery on the RK. Had a similar problem with the seat bolt. I fished string down through the fender hole and then connected the bolt and pulled it back up.

Did you get to ride?

 

I don’t think @Ruthless could get a truck in the parking lot but I had a fan-####ing-tastic sandwich for lunch today from a deli in Carlisle, PA.

Got all moved in to the new ride.

 

Got a chunk on camera yesterday. Pretty dahm good lookin Arkansas bear, especially this early in the year. Deer behind the same sapling for reference.

 

It wintered well

 

I'd say so. Hard to judge real well without seeing him broadside, but that just looks like a stud to me. Short nose, small ears, big headed, looks like he's got a belly. Beautiful coat too.
