    Just passed my CDL test tonight,I had a very serious older examiner.Made me a little Nervous but know problems,that chapter of school and getting cdl is over.Looking foward to start driving and learning on the road.I start on Mon.the 12th any body else?Any body have any sugestions for orientation,what's the road test like?Also I thought I would be taking greyhound or renting a car to get out their,but my recruiter let me know today that I would fly out Sun morning from Philly.I was surprised and happy,good start for me with a new company.Can't wait to start with Roehl! FISH ON!

    Good luck Rock and congrats on getting the old CDL. There was a load of orientation folks all three weeks that I was in training so you won't be alone. You will have your work physical on Monday and also the driving portion as well I believe.

    i am hopeing to start monday myself just waiting for a repley do we have to get the haz-mat and tanker endorsments before we go

    I'm also waiting to here back from Roehl on what the next step is.
    So far they have been very pleasant on the phone.
    I will be starting in June # there school.

    I'd wait until you go through all the evo's and you have your own truck. Haz-mat isn't cheap and Roehl doesn't reimburse you. Thankfully Schneider does.

    Thanks everyone I will keep posting updates through orintation and on the road,don't have to have haz mat or tankers I was told by recruiting ,I already have tanker,doubles and tripples I,m going to wait for haz mat because of the cost,Any weather updates for mashfield It was 90 in Philly today !! in early April this was nuts .Globle warning must be happin what's next?FISH ON

    Well...If you don't like the weather in Wisc just wait 15 minutes///Last week was record highs temps and tonight there is a chance of snow...You need to pack for any thing from snow and cold to sunny and hot for about 9 months of the year up here...My grandpa from Marshfield always said you needed a jacket with you most od the year because of cool evenings...
    Global warms is a crock...(will save that for another time and place)
