The are, or at least were, far above average. It is an employee owned company.

They have much higher standards, which in return, benefits You-the driver !!!

Sounded funny, "36 months in 3 year period", but I'll be ######...that's exactly what their site says they require of new drivers. NO ROOKIES ALLOWED!!!!:biggrin_25514:

DUDE...I meant what I typed go look at their web site. It's stated 36 months in a 3 year period. So I'm guessing what they mean is 3 straight years of driving. No 1 year here take time off; 1 year with another company, take time off then 1 year with another.

Sounds like they are asking for burn outs.I was fired in November and as my boss was firing me I was thinking unemployment checks through the winter.I have been off five and a half months and feel like working again.
I was seriously burned out after ten years straight without any real time off.
I don't want to work for Kennesaw or any other big company but under their rules I would not be qualified with over 30 yrs. experience.

    brandyleigh Thanks this.
