The older rides will probably have an apu on them, new prostars that are trading around do not, I have only seen one that has had the apu installed. I can say from having one, they are well worth it! The cost to install is between $4500.00 and $9750.00. JCT likes them done at Thermoking Tulsa, they can get the best rate. These are custom installs and every truck is different and a different price. It will take you off the road for about two days in a perfect world.

Remember, when you join JCT, the first 90 days is about you, not a truck, not an apu, its can u do what is expected as a driver at JCT, after the 90 and hopefully u are still here then its time to worry about truck and or modifying it. Hope that helps! Also, if u choose a truck with an apu, the balance owed on the install becomes yours, they are not free. And if u pay off the apu and leave, trade trucks, or worse. You can't unbolt it and take it with you or install it on another truck. You get to keep it if you payoff the truck.

What a day! 1st drop in Culver City, 2nd in Van Nuys, 3rd in Santa Monica, and final 2 in Ventura. All tile. All but one ....no dock. (and no one to move it to the back of the trailer! Lucky me!) Now waiting at Oxnard for some berries going to Shelbyville, IN. My only problem with today is the fact that here I sit in Oxnard, CA USA (although some don't think it really is the USA!!!), and decided to tune in on the MAsters Golf Tournament. No can do......I get CRYSTAL clear reception of 3, count 'em 3, spanish speaking TV stations! Not even an analog english speaking station! Such luck! I guess I need to go back to school and learn spanish!

On a side note, all the mexican women on these stations are very pretty and not hard to look at, but hard as heck to understand what they are saying...!! And they talk too #### fast to boot!
