May need to replace front axle, may be bent or the truck may have been in an accident and the frame may be bent; or needs an all wheel alignment
    Hope that solves the issue.

Appreciate the help. Still pulls a bit, but has gotten better by a decent margin. Not sure if something got put in a weird bind or just a tire defect on the steers or something. Tires are wearing perfectly still after 78,000 miles. I've been in it since new, so no accidents or curbs yet. Shop looked over it a few times and shop manager even looked over it himself. They didn't find anything wrong. Alignment was basically spot on, but they dialed it in exactly to spec again just to make sure. No new issues have come up either.

Drives stable, no vibrations, and tires are on track for 150k or more miles, so I'll just keep on rolling and see if it's a tire issue when the time comes.

These pictures were just now and there's not a single spot of weird wear on any of the 10, so I guess nothing too major is wrong:

It'll pull 'up' the crown in the left lane as well, but crown definitely contributes. And can feel a little difference between trailers.

Might just be a Volvo thing since shop said something about something on the front end being different from side to side on all of them, and most drivers reporting a slight pull.

It's gotten better over time and I've gotten used to it to the point I don't think about it much anymore lol.

I had new kingpins brakes and drums put on and it pretty well solved the issue on the anthem.

    Thrasher28 Thanks this.
