Believe the bison t-bone was still on the menu.?
Bison burgers, omelet & some kind of bison skillet..

My appetite wasn't quite up to par Sunday cause all I did was sit on my keister for 700 miles.

Just got the "hangover burger", a bacon cheese, fried egg, & hollandaise sauce, with some of the best fries I've ever had.. They had a greasy shine to em, yet crisp, hot, & a perfect little bit of salt..

 

Pretty sure that hill leading up to big chief, used to be a buffalo farm, where they got the bison from, haven't seen any there in years, now it's just a couple wind mills. Big chief has darn good food though, but I never take that way out of North Dakota, since where I usually am heading is right smack dab in The middle of the state.

I got a nice explanation on Idaho bridge law at the port of entry the other day, can't say I'm any wiser now though!
