You know how muscles have to balance each other out and when one muscle becomes much stronger than the opposing muscle, the stronger muscle stays contracted and the weaker muscle gets strained? Like shin splints. Or the hip flexors causing lower back pain. Same thing happens with the forearm muscles.
Try wrapping your forearm during the next gym session. The wraps will give the forearm extra stability and allow what’s injured to heal. Also be mindful to stretch out the stronger muscles and strengthen the weaker muscles. -
Definitely a worthwhile bragOLDSKOOLERnWV, The_vett, TX2Day and 7 others Thank this.

Still need to put in some 3/4” clearance lights and wire in the trailer plug. Need to figure out how to secure the ramps in place too. Should only take another 1/2 day? I ordered some single fenders but they won’t be in for a couple of 3 months to save on shipping. Unfortunately I have to go back to work tomorrow.

Hmm...well all I know about it, is that's the year I graduated High School.
You didn't mention if it was running or anything, if it was yours, or the guy down the road, or found on a farm.
Anyway, researching puts it looking like a Transtar. VIN would get more info, and if you're curious, there are some auction results at TruckPaper.com. and this one:
1970 INTERNATIONAL TRANSTAR 4070 Auction Results in Ithaca, Nebraska
a 1970 went for $1,525 for parts and had been sitting since 1981. If the one you're referring to is running and in good shape, it'd be worth probably more than I could shake a stick at.
