There are venemous snakes in France, Vipers, but very few round here, mostly in the SE near the Med. Here we have the Couleuvres, they bite if cornered but no venom. They are the ones in my swimming pond, but they swim away from me in fear. The spiders here are harmless, but in Australia things are different, both can be lethal. Funny that, UK and NZ seem to be protected by being islands.

Part of the problem is the wife is blind. She is not going to see any potential harmful things. Kind of makes keeping them away important.exhausted379, blairandgretchen, TX2Day and 10 others Thank this.

I stopped in Wichita to look at a trailer and this guy decided to give me a heart rate test as I stuck my head under to inspect. @Big Road Skateboard probably knows what kind it is, I just know he had my full attention.
