Having spent a very brief time there I would guess the total team earnings at about $200?

I'd be willing to venture that someone who could only manage to rake in $200 is an exceptional looser...

They'd pay you $100 just to get a clean level III at a scale house.

Yeah, he should have clarified. That's $200 PER DRIVER. :biggrin_2559:

But seeing as though he spent a "brief" time there, he must know a lot about Prime.

That's actually a "very brief" time. Probably long enough to tell us how "jacked up" orientation is. :biggrin_25525:

I have been out on my lease for almost two weeks now, and I am making great money so far. Heck, on a couple of loads that I have hauled, they payed well enough that I made $200 just while taking a dump at the TA.

Be sure to check back with us periodically over the next 12 months. And let us know how it's going.

Of the 100 or more "lease" drivers I know. I can truthfully say I only know 3 that ever completed the entire lease.

They all had the same thing in common. Debt free, years of trucking experience, and wife that made more than they did.

200....lol...I make 600 (great pay to train)....and dont forget your first week is next to nothing and your second week is only a bit more weeks 3+ will be the deciding factors. No im not being sarcastic since i plan on making the mistake of leasing on the shortest lease i can find when it comes time. Dont forget to pay your taxes either 20+ percent.
    Good Luck

Lets see, when I took my first lease, had $20000 in debt, mainly from student loans, about 5 months of total solo truck operation, and was very, very single. I managed to complete it no problem, and get completly out of debt. Now on my 2nd lease, and will have no problem completing it.
