I got there later than planned, and all I can say is it was worth the 120 mile ride.
Brisket that has good dry rub bark, but juicy as all get out..and the bacon is to die for. I thought I was eating a slice of a pork chop. Approximately 1/4" thick.
And the Brisket was easily an inch thick.
Well, well worth the time to visit.
It was good meeting you, your daughter and the BNE family, jamespmack. Thanks for the standing invite. If you have that thing at your place, is there enough parking for the big rigs? :)
Below is what I brought home. I had a piece of brisket and one piece of bacon before I took these pictures. Yum. That long 'S' shaped thing in the first pic, is the bacon, laid on edge. :) :headbang:

Buddy, it was my pleasure and your definitely welcome. I have truck parking 2.75 miles up the road from the house. I run a reasonably priced taxi service. Low rates. I hope it was still good when you got home. But are warranty ended when you pulled out of driveway. :D
