Neighbor got home from a couple hundred mile run in his 1946 Studebaker rat rod. He and his wife Insisted that I take me daughter for a ride. I did not want to drive another man's toy. But it's a Stude! With a BBC. Kiddo said it was to loud and did not want a ride. I told her get in! Bad dad. But a BBC and powerglide, I couldn't pass up.

 

This just made me choke! Well done Sir!

LOL, it was still good...I was eating it still slightly warm..made good time...but decided to nuke it for a minute to get those juices running in the brisket again...and the dog helped me when a piece of the bacon I was trying to use a fork to break it apart with flew off the plate. Had to give the cat a piece, too, just so she wouldn't be jealous.
Wife's still mad, her loss, more barbecue for me.

 

Yeah, but she'll remember every minute of it, one day.

Unloaded in SLC, then reloaded with some mining goods for MT. Wyoming had a lil bit of goodness left for me up 191 on the west side of Yellowstone
