...if I understood him correctly- he needs mobile mechanic ...don't know anyone , my mechanic 85miles north of Joliet.
he can try contacting GREEN APU in Lemont il , maybe they can help or suggest

 

shouldn't be too hard..

Unbolt everything from old truck, bolt apu power onto frame of new truck.

Mount inside unit into new truck, run new lines, recharge system, give it some diesel and 12v goodness, and you're back in business.

Couple holes in the cab, some caulk, a little bit of stereo wire and an inline 12v fuse rated for 50amps....6 beer job on the weekend!

 

How many hours? How much are you in the truck? Is it worth buying a new one for the new truck?

 

You may be able to get the guys in Joplin MO to do it. They sell used ones so might install one if you can take it to them.

if you can bring it to Phoenix, AZ I know a ThermoKing mechanic that can install and service it for you.

 

i was qouted 11k for a tri pack in oklaholma city thats bunk heater inverter the whole nine yards!!! that might be worth looking into. and that's a steal the guys giving em away
