If the time comes, let me shoot you a direct message or you can spill who you work for. If I can be home often enough, I’d consider it, but won’t be til I’m confident I can pass my DOT without issues

Just did quick math to compare. I work a 40 hour job plus part time at a brewery, and thought I was doing ok…and I am, but I could make about what I take home in a month in a weeks time driving that Laredo run. Now I really miss the paycheck.

Ok, serious issue, shallow thought:
Recovery after transplant can take 12 weeks or longer depending, is it tacky to set up a go fund me to help cover things while I’m unable to work? I know I can’t advertise it on here, just curious what the overall thought was on it. -

Apply for disability, and do a go fund me.

Aside from disability benefits (which take 8 months to begin after being approved) I was looking at shorter term while recovering. so it’s not too much to set up a donation account for a bit?
