Where is this company located? What makes them unsafe? What type of equipment? I think I have an idea but we got have it in text.

 

I'm guessing, and mind you, this is only a guess, but I'm thinking a company located in the greater Chicago area, a lease of some sort, paid on a 1099, with a Volvo of some sort to drive, pulling a lease trailer. Loads off a load board.

OP, any of this sound right?

 

Would it be possible that the owner is named Igor? I'd also guess that he had a calendar full of nude women in his truck. That's part of the benefits package.

was the OP a prime lease op aka window licker. if the companies so bad then why enter into a lease deal??? why didn't you read the contract or bring it to a lawyer if you did not understand the terms. maybe you should NOT be a business owner!!! it will save alot of heartache for you!!!! why would you lease a truck from someone that controls your revenue???

 

you didn't get paid for a month are you sure your statements wern't in the negitive?
