It's important to understand and acknowledge that the anti-ev propaganda is just as BS as the pro-ev propaganda.
Before Wilbur and Orville Wright come along, the world was convinced that man would never fly.
Before the first kidney transplant, they said that could never be done as well.

Likely many here are young enough that Nikola Tesla's Wardenclyffe tower technologies were not taught in school. But here we are, cell phones and internet with no wires......yep, transmitting long distances with no wires......yep.

Sam Langley prove it was possible. Glenn Curtis actually used one of Langley's planes and flew it in 1914, this I think was years before the Wrights got their motorized aeroplane off the ground.

Yes, all things that are given credit to specific individuals or entities can be argued in one way or'nuther. But the point is, a lot of things once claimed impossible or that would never work, are normal daily processes today.
Small bites at a time. Think wireless charging. Today it's a phone or tablet. Tomorrow.............?

I agree with you but at the time of Langley's experiments, there was a lot of proof of concept going on with them.

Wireless charging has been around almost 30 years now, it only has become popular because of Apple.

The battery is 700 to 900 kWh storage, it is 1000 volts and it charges in about 30 minutes. The cost right now is not all that bad, something like what 50 gallons of Diesel cost.
