I know there was a thread about this a while ago… that driver is about 1/2 the width of most you see today

 

Don't be so harsh, most of us started that way...the life style and age, just takes it's toll on us after a while.

 

I was only 140# when that pic was taken! Now 183

 

Havent seen 183 since 8th grade but i was close to 6ft tall

 

For the 90’s this was a very nice riding truck. It was also one of my favorite company jobs in my career. Sorry the picture quality is terrible but it’s a copy of a picture taken 30 years ago with a throw away camera

 

Me<--1977 135/ 2007 240 / 2024 320(?) When I started OTR flatbed 2007/2008, I went from that 240 with a waist of 42, and then dropped to 38. Probably went below 200 at that time, but it didn't last long until it started climbing again. Went to van/intermodal for a year 2009(?) - 2010(?) and then some tanker(2010) and then back to flatbed, and also started being able to secure flatbed without running around, like a chicken with my head cut off...plus tarping smarter. When I find that picture of me in 1977, I'll post it.
