cb rambos

CB because there is no licenseing or testing and little enforcement has a real problem with people that really don't care about the rights of others.

CB is not alone just worse that other services ....

now you make a good point about rambo's and the big thing is they never learn, they don't seem to realise that when they conduct themselves that way they make it bad for everyone in the business,but once in awhile one of them gets a good lesson that they dont soon for get.

i was at a petro truck stop in san antone one mourning securing my load and killing some time when a lady driver came on the radio and ask for directions, now that is all she did was ask for directions in a very nice way and all of a sudden RAMBO came on the radio and jumped on her like a dog on a bone using all the insults and profanity that he could muster ,

now all this lady did was say you better leave me alone, but as usual he just kept on and on, well he didn't realise that this gal had pulled into the truck stop and was circleing the lot , now rambo was parked about two trucks down from me on the front row, his door open and the mike stuck in his throat , his legs hanging out the door with his tennis shoes and his sweat suit hanging almost to his knees , he was having a good time screaming into that mike, all of a sudden this big old pete came easing down the row of truck, well when this pete got to his trucks she slamed on the breaks jumped out of the truck, now this gal must have weighed every bit of a hundred pounds, she walked up to his truck , grab him by the ankels and snatched him out of the truck when he hit the ground he actually bounched , well he jumped up ready to fight, i got out of my truck ready to help the gay BUT i didnt need to, rambo took a swing at this gal and missed she did not , she opened up a large can of kick but and procedede to put a little karata all over his body, that little gal beat him till he could not get up, she then walked away , parked her truck and went into the truck stop, now by now there werfe about 30 drivers standing around watching , rambo gets up and screamed , are you gys gfoing to let her do this to me , well we all had a good laugh on that one but he didn't think it was so funny , he called the cops, well when they got there and found out what had transpired , they had a good laugh, rambo was so embarresed he just got in his truck and lefted, a couple of us went in the ruck stop and dought the gals breakfest , that was a good day.

although we can't stop thaS kind of behavior one in awhile somthing like this happens and we get to see RAMBO TAUGHT A GOOD LESSONS and some how it seems to be worth it .

so just letem run that mouth we got time and there is always time for one more lesson.

Probably because they know for the most part that they will not be held accountable for their actions and that likely no one is going to know who's actually on the air being Billy bad ###.

Although southernpride's story is a bit odd and unusual.

It's not much different than the internet or when someone cuts you off in traffic and you curse them under your breath.

I think some do it for kicks...you know, to stir up trouble...just to get a laugh out of it...just like the ones that get on the CB talking about not having any panties on.

The funny thing is how many of those CB rambos speak to anyone inside the truck stop? Lord forgive them if anyone found out it was them making all those idle threats.

There's 2 big truck stops about 40 miles from me that often had CB rambos on the air. It's silly but can actually be pretty funny to listen to sometimes.

 

before the internet there was CB radios. anonymity breeds courage and some people get there kicks getting others riled up.

 

Southernpride, if I could thank you for that story five times, I would. Wish I could've seen that.

 

Yeah I bet he kept his mouth shut after that, today he see's a truck that looks like hers he probably runs to the sleeper and pulls the curtain quick lol.
