I have no words for that thing. All I can say is I'm sorry for the driver that has to put up with it AND the stench of the batteries when it starts sulfating.

Of course they chose that route from Southern CA to Texas. It's warm, dry and flat. No Snoqualmie or Homestake pass to contend with. Nope. Way to hard. And did you see the part where they were bouncing it around in a field? What good trucker is gonna do that? Their reasoning and engineering here makes no sense. I see no manufacturing competition with any other truck company.

These arguments against new technologies cracks me up. It’s almost as if nothing is thought out. Okay so they probably won’t do well in Antarctica so just forget about them all together.

A little off topic but. if anyone has been paying attention there are autonomous cars being sold now in CA ad NV.
Thanks to the Germans you can buy and use a Level 3 autonomous Benz. Tesla got some catching up to do

Tesla runs their prototypes trucks daily between their Fremont, CA factory and their Sparks, NV factory, hauling batteries.
There's a little terrain between those two points, you might have heard of it. The locals refer to it as "Donner".
