Yes,I used the foam weather stripping from Home Depot and put it behind the factory rubber seal to build it out....It made the seal thicker.
I also adjusted the door latch in just a little so the door shut tighter...Took 90% of the wind noise away.
I'm in a different truck now and it is so nice to have no air leaks around the doors....lol! -
I am having the same trouble with my left door. I am looking at ordering a new hinge, this morning had a hard wind jerk the door open and out of adjustment to where the door would hardly open or close. I'm thinking the up hinge may be went out . About $30 for a hinge, worth a try!

If the wind took it, a new hinge fixes it 90% of the time.

Super old thread I know
From looking at the new LT the doors look very similar in shape. Has anyone tried to see if they would fit on a prostar?
Or any reason they wouldn't?earnies2 Thanks this. -
thats a great idea I hope someone does this ... I have a 2009 and I would consider this....

A few guys on the Facebook group say the hood, doors, and bumper are direct swaps from the LT to the Prostar. Same body essentiallyearnies2 Thanks this.

What is the Facebook group called. My truck hate this POS top seal of the door when is hard rain leaks like mf. Also going 70-75 in tx ,nm ,az drives me nuts cannot talk to anyone cause all this air comming thru the door
Also fix right side of the cab and sleeper no leaks and i was pretty sure i will have no more leaks. But as soon i seal whole truck whole left side started to leak. I was like os this happening again.
So back to square one. Time to take of left side now out and seal, than deal with stupid door design from international. Woild love to replace them with LT doors
