    I have no use for unions. They drag companies down. The only area where unions are growing is in the Public Sector (ie. Government) because they don't have to worry about a "bottom-line" profit. They just raise our taxes to cover the shortages. Where else would you hear "slow down, you're going to make us all look bad". A generation ago, unions served a purpose and were a good thing. In todays global economy, unions are killing us. Bottomline, if you're in a union, good for you, as for me, I've done pretty well riding my own "coat-tail" instead of someone elses.
