Getting there when I did after 1800 was most likely the ideal time to park and shut down. I parked behind another trailer on the street and had no problems with being blocked in. Those cars do park kinda tight!

For those who haven't been there, this is the dock we back into. Being there overnight got me in quick and early.

I assumed they donated the taters this last time. I had to drop this last one at PFS. The one time it happened in Pageland was because I think they got the wrong size bag or something that they didn't sell so Climate told me to take it to the market that time. They told me take pics of the bills this past time here....previous Rich had me do the same protocol you had to do with Fricks loadPeace_Maker, Professor No-Name and Bumper Thank this.

Yessir. Was a pretty run of the mill one. 2.5 hours in and out.
Just got loaded in Bartlett, IL to deliver at Midwest. And then preplanned on a load from Midwest going up to Tomah. First time being in Chicagoland here since like week 2, if Bartlett is considered Chicagoland lol. Not my favorite suburb. Only direct way south to 55 is 25+ miles of pure red lights. Or go 10 miles east of nothing but red lights and hop on 355. I know Climate isn't a fan of unnecessary tolls though, so I'll avoid it I reckon. I do sometimes miss the Chicagoland grind though. Always thought Chi had good drivers compared to most cities. If STL and Nashville had Chicago's population, it would take hours to get anywhere
Where'd they end up sending ya from Costco?bryan21384, Bumper and Peace_Maker Thank this. -
Overnight parking in NYC is a luxury for sure. Especially with all the silly laws regarding idling and rewards for snitches up there. Some kind of crazy fine and people get paid to send in videos of it.
They send you all the way to Palmyra from there to reload?bryan21384, Bumper and Peace_Maker Thank this. -
No sir, I reloaded at Niagara in Hazle Twshp to Wright City. Next to Sam's Club in Sanger.bryan21384, Bumper and Thrasher28 Thank this.

@Professor No-Name Think I saw ya on 39 today around MM30 in Illinois. Tried hollering on the CB once

They don't seem to trip too much about Chicago tolls, I guess because they aren't that expensive. Bartlett is a nice place to pick up but you ain't lying about the million and 1 red-lights to get back to 55. Talk about big city issues for real. I like that run to Tomah. If it's Walmart you went to, that's the only Walmart I've ever seen that had overnight parking.
That Costco in the ATL area is one customer that I can't seem to come up with a winning formula for. Those folks there are not very nice people. I was actually there 3 hours. I think you only have a good experience there if you have a super early appt.
I had to deadhead to Albertville, AL to Americold to get a frozen load to take back up to PFS. I had to run through the night to get up here. I had 22 minutes left once I dropped that trailer. Altogether it was probably just shy of 740 miles. I'm headed to Coke to get a load for Houston, head to Little Rock to swap with someone, then I'm headed home for the weekend.Peace_Maker Thanks this. -
You are rolling man. We are all.over here defying slow freight times lolPeace_Maker Thanks this.
