@TD3 -- Based on your reply in post #8 above -- by "team" driving -- don't you really mean being paired up with a company mentor/trainer for a certain period (i.e., mainly for training purposes) -- & not (just) another driver? Most "starter" companies will in fact put you on a trainers truck, where you will learn how to drive, manage your time, etc. Some starter company examples: Werner Enterprises Roehl Transport Swift Transportation Knight Transportation Millis Transfer Maverick Transportation -- L
