May not be at the level of James, but it’s all I got.

 

You have to work with in your means. I think the best ribs I ever made, was on one of those rickety beach grills that nobody uses anymore. The drinks were heavy, but still think they were the best.

And the 100 dollar weber is still the best all around smoker/grill for at home. Expensive isn't always better.

I agree, the bourbon is in the refrigerator already. No ice or spring water, just cold bourbon. Should be at the front door late Saturday afternoon.
