Just wondering how Estes is as a compony to work for. Good? Bad? Stable?

Would it be worth investing my time as an employee? Want to know before I get too involved here. Can I expect long term employment? Don't want to go through the process, just to be forced to find another job down the road again. Looking for a Good, Long term, stable job

Thank you Fellow drivers! I'm familiar with some LTL companies. Just not Estes

Estes is pretty stable and growing fast. Don’t see them going anywhere soon.

What specific job titles should I be applying for at this company if I want to do work that does not involve doubles/triples?

Wisconsin doesn't allow triples. So it be just doubles. As a linehaul/extra board driver you would be doing both single van and doubles. I prefer doubles over van.
