C)Lease/Purchase whatever?

How did said company scam you? Short miles? Unkept promises? Stole your wallet? Undisclosed fees? Broke the contract your lawyer looked at? Document fees? Just said "I ain't payin' yer arse"?

Maybe you can sue him. Maybe you can't. If you feel like going the route of litigation, there's your answer; otherwise, consider that money lost.
