Got a ticket in Oregon for running over 11 and 14 hrs. (took a chance, got caught) Are there any attorneys that can contest this ticket for me and keep the violation off my record...I wonder??

An attorney might keep it off of your MVR but not your CSA 2010 record. Thats like 30 points, your of and running to a good start.

admitting guilt on an internet message board is probably not a good strategy.

Oregon is a really bad place to be playing fast and loose with HOS regulations. They'll note when you pass each scale, and if it looks like a violation, you get pulled in and inspected.

Anyplace is a bad place to be playing that game these days. Better to park on a ramp and get a parking ticket at least it would not be a moving or log violation.
