Automatic and a spread axel trailer...don't know how they do it. I can hear tires popping.

I’m glad i went out to my truck this morning when i did. Apparently the inverter got turned off at some point and cut the power to the fridge. Had to pitch all my food and i’m letting it air out before i clean it and put fresh food back in. By the state of the old food and smell, it had been off for at least a couple days

Been sitting in Walcott since 0400 this morning trying get in the shop and get a wheel seal replaced. I had a good week going, but I think that just went out the window. Hopefully they get me in here shortly.

Going on twelve hours still haven’t gotten in the shop, the guy that can do wheel seals is getting ready to leave, probably looking at tomorrow morning. Good times!

I have a sneaking suspicion I’m going to have a bad spindle. Same wheel seal (drivers side steer) was replaced last month in CB. So either it wasn’t installed correctly, or something else is causing it to continue to leak.

Not sure where I left off on the Travelogue. Anyhow, got a broker load from Hazelwood, MO to Lincoln, NE. Then I picked up a Mars load at the droplot in Lincoln and swung through Fremont to swap into a loaner so my truck can go to the body shop. The loaner is a 2021 Midroof with just over half a million miles and a Million mile safe driver sticker. So me and 'Stolen Valor' ran the load down to Columbia then picked a load of mulch in Walterboro, SC (incredibly nice folks) that I am delivering to Sioux Center, IA tomorrow morning Lord willing and the creek don't rise. Barely squeezed a reset in at Woodhull, Illinois. I "wasted" 15 hours on my old 70 but this will hopefully let me get a little more than 2600 miles on this check.
In total I got 3 days of breakdown pay and one day of layover pay for being broke down from Wednesday night to Saturday morning and then waiting for a load. Had the first mistake on a check, my hotel didn't get reimbursed but I did get a reimbursement for a scale and washer fluid that another driver had purchased. It was figured out within an hour after I messaged and called dispatch (our settlements person was out of the office Monday). I had a call from the person covering settlements within an hour explaining how they are going to make it right. I'm not upset, waiting a week for $70 isn't going to break me and this is the first mistake in a year which considering all the moving parts in this operation, ain't bad.

Make sure the vent hole is clear in the rubber plug of the hubcap?
