I would leave a comment but that attorney may chase me down for any comments I may have posted on here. :biggrin_25523:

Naw, screw that attorney. Cant get blood out of a turnip. Hopefully a decent judge will give that lawyer a good talking to. eBay needs to man-up, and send the buyer a couple of their greedy bottom feeding lawyers to help the guy out.

That should be the case.. If you purchase something, and it is not described, first you contact the sell to try and resolve it.. I just purchased a Xbox 360 from a seller with over 50,000 feed back rating.. yes he has about 2500 negative, but you can't make everyone happy.. In my case the Xbox died 2days after purchasing it. I contacted the seller and was told to send it back.. I did and he received it in 3days..

Now he still hasn't responded to my repeated emails, or call as to were the replacement is.. So now I have filed a complaint with ebay, and informed the seller that if it is not resolved then a suit from me will be filed.. I have bought and sold on ebay for about 10yrs, and have only had two bad buys, and this is one..
