Good morning Climateers, Climate Alumni, and all observers! I'm on my way to Dallas with Coke. Don't look for me in truck 1216 no more, I'm now in truck 1400. Nothing beats that new truck smell lol

 

Oh hell yeah man. This housing market is truly a nightmare. Good homes that used to be 100k is now well past 300k in many places. 100k don't have the luster it used to. Are y'all still staying in Illinois or were ya moving closer to the grandkids in.....I can't remember if it was Texas or Arkansas....

 

I don't even blame you for wanting to escape rough winters. My son's great uncle and aunt had been trying to escape Colorado winters for a while now. They tried a move to South Carolina, but the house was a disaster. They moved during covid and only saw the house virtually. They ended up going back to Colorado. After a couple of years there, they wanted to try again to move. They were thinking of Tennessee or Georgia but ultimately settled on San Antonio. That will definitely guarantee warm weather majority of the time. Would you want to live in the city or somewhere more remote?

 

You know you want to be a Climateer lol....come on over and run out to Denver a lot!! It seems like ½ the fleet is on the way out there, myself included. I got this load at Coke Saturday evening and the lady said about 20 of us was headed there, you know you want some of that I-70 action.....
