I tried to say as much to someone in a similar thread recently and they seemed to get very upset with me for being honest with them. I have a feeling we're going to see more and more of these "I can't get hired anywhere" threads as time goes on in this calendar year because we already have at least a half dozen active ones right now.

Then they’ll learn the hard way.
Job market is really hard for new drivers at present. Ample experienced drivers looking for work leaves the bottom of the barrel stuff for new entries into this game.
    Welcome to real life.

Drivers who are demanding and high-maintenance are likely to wash out in a few months, anyway. So if they can't get hired to begin with, it's just speeding up the inevitable.

    Numb and firemedic2816 Thank this.

Might try Pilot fuel hauling. They’re hiring everywhere always. Talked with a supervisor in Houston. He said easy job. Always hauling same diesel. Home everyday. Hourly pay…little overtime puts you over six figures. Don’t have to worry about pay and waiting to load…hourly.

    Blagoje Thanks this.

you want to go to the top right away, but it’s not gonna happen. You need experience work on that. You’re at the bottom right now. time takes many many many many years. Pay your dues start on the bottom work your way up

    Blagoje and Numb Thank this.

If it is such a plumb job why are they always hiring everywhere?
They are not opening many new stores to need that many new drivers, so why do they always need drivers - if what you say is true?

Probably because there's a lack of work ethic amongst most of what passes for "drivers" these days. Everybody wants a $100k job but nobody wants to work for it. There's jobs that pay it but you're gonna earn it.
