Amazon Relay WARNING to all drivers, Account Suspended! NO REASON

I think he wants to talk to a live broker, something that was done away long ago to prevent price discrepancies.

I’d say Amazons business model is working really well. They catch company’s that are on the brink, milk them dry, then cancel their account once small issues pop up.

im willing to go even further and ask how many owner operators have used their savings account to fuel their companies running for Amazon? Thinking good times are just around the corner.

I would avoid them. My biggest concern is they do everything by email. That's great when things go well. However, I recently had an experience that could have been cleared up in a 2 minute conversation with a person in accounting. They don't allow that. Instead I was told to email (which I did). You then wait 24 hours for a response that is completely unhelpful. When you respond minutes later you then wait another 24 hours for another equally unhelpful response. They can turn a 2 minute conversation into a 7 month email ordeal with this policy.
I love streamlining things. Like I mentioned if everything goes perfect this approach works great. The fact that when you request to speak to a person they tell you "no" is pretty insulting. I won't haul for them again.

 

How would this be discrimination? Did everybody that’s a ‘person of color’ get one of these notices?

 

As it has gone on from the beginning of Amazon Relay, there is absolutely no real communication and they have no clue what so ever of logistics. But they are in fact very good at screwing over the carriers and drivers out of their hard earned pay with their BS policies such as the crooked performance program, load cancellations which they do on a daily basis along with many many more. Try to get a resolution on an load issue or try to file a dispute takes hours jumping through hoops and click clacking around on their impossible apps and get rejected regardless. We have no one to talk to for help and by chance if you can, they don't speak English. This is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and we speak English in this country, have some respect.
I'm semi retired and will be devoting most of my time with all the necessary Government Departments fighting Amazon on all of the corrupt operations and scams. Please feel free to jump in and help out, we need all the support we can get and take care of our Brotherhood. I have been Trucking for 53 years and have never seen such stupid BS like this company!!!!!

Yes, this is the united states of america and if you’re an average citizen, you have absolutely no rights whatsoever against a huge organization such as Amazon. It’s all over and it doesn’t matter who gets elected as president in any future elections.
The takeover is complete.

I have had the privilege of being part of the Truckers shut downs back in the 70's and 80's. Back when all the Truckers worked together, stuck together and believed in our Brotherhood and we got great results. Yes I know that the big trucking corporations and the foreign countries control the industry along with controlling our corrupt Government. Today if it is wrong, I fight back even if it's a nickel and so far have won every situation with or without an Attorney. In this country people don't fight back, they just pay an overcharged bill or take a screwing from crooked people and scammers. Know look at the price of eggs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It would be nice to see all the Truckers and Trucking organizations come together again and tear down the corrupt operations such as AMAZON RELAY !!!!!!!
It would be nice to find a team of Attorneys that have some balls and still believe in what's right and not just for the money, although if they were to fight for all the thousands of Trucking companies and won - ( WOW ).
Logistics is the simplest industry in the World and has been destroyed and made very complicated by big corps and foreign companies to steal our hard earned money with all their crooked so called policies and electronic operations. This also brings up the additional stress on the Drivers which in results in Safety matters. This I will be taking to the USDOT.
AMAZON RELAY does not stand alone on all these issues, all most every Logistic Company is involved in these actions !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Time for new Laws and Guidelines, there's a Trucker on here that needs our help. Has not been paid by AMAZON RELAY and is suffering and they can care less !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

It’s no secret that Amazon is cutting heads(and O/Os) since the freight market is drying up. They’re looking for any excuse to suspend/terminate accounts and O/Os working for them put too many eggs in one basket,expecting the good times to last,particularly during the pandemic.

 

who do you work for that you dont got to dock no more or wait at the gate for them opening it to let you and then they make you reschedule if you make it late to their appointment
