What a #### show this has turned into. Yes it’s locked up. I don’t know what else you think it would be? And yes you can bar a DD15 over with a big screw driver. There is a plate at the bottom of the flywheel housing just for that. That’s how I bar over my DD16 to adjust the clutch.

The OP needs to quit pissin’ away money and get it towed. Probably needs to find a rental and deliver his load. Then clean his truck out and let the shop have it. I hate to sound so harsh, but that’s likely the reality of the situation.

He did not remove any belts he did not use breaker bar. He went straight to fly wheel. He said there were some miscellaneous codes that he erased but none relevant. I can buy a breaker bar and try it myself. Do you have a video link that can show me how I can do this?

There was very little oil leaking when the engine shut off and there wasn’t any oil in the pan. The pan had a huge hole in it

That’s not good. Maybe it leaked so fast, it shut down right away. You should have an idea how long it ran and see the oil on the ground. Belt should have a tensioner, relieve the tension and remove the belt. Big bolt in center of crank pulley. Not sure of the size.

I got towed to the Loves in Las Vegas. My company will send a truck with another truck so I can deliver my load and they can tow my truck to Chicago. I used a local Las Vegas Tow Truck Company. They were professional, efficient and had integrity

Let us know what happens. Sorry about your bad luck. Hard for me to believe too that the engine would be locked up. These new trucks are full of safety features for that kind of thing.

Yeah, but we don’t know how fast it was turning and how hot it was when it dropped the oil. Or if he kept hitting the over ride.

It got me to wonderin about a chunk of that post he ran over, or a piece of the pan, lodged behind the crank pulley
