Rates are crashing and fuel to the moon!

Does MA have any weird rules about intrastate stuff? Could you set up in a different state but “stay” in MA while you’re working there?
Rideandrepair, 77fib77, Siinman and 1 other person Thank this. -
majority of my local stuff is exempt commodities any way, you actually didn’t even need a dot number until a few years ago, but I was under the impression you had to be registered, insured, and pay taxes in the state you reside in,
have thought about moving to PA though because that’s the stuff I’d rather do if I had to pick one, then I have to deal with a shop, parking etc all over againRideandrepair and Siinman Thank this. -
You can reside in one state but have the company incorporated in another. See your friendly neighborhood corporate lawyer for details.Rideandrepair, Accidental Trucker and abyliks Thank this.

Sitting here on the fence with my renewal due in a couple weeks, agent hasn't gotten back to me yet. Adding a trailer of my own and upping my mileage probably won't help. Already have talked to my old boss and he says he has a truck for me and just give him a call, but thinking about getting back in a company truck makes me want to throw up a bit
Shanebklyn, Rideandrepair, abyliks and 4 others Thank this. -
Is that for 1 truck?!Rideandrepair Thanks this.
