Looking for help on a couple of things;
(1) Want to add a fuel cooler, DDS recommended that I use an Eaton tranny cooler, but couldn't find one on Ebay, nor the Eaton website. Pretty sure there are some out there, but not a lot of experience with Ebay, and searching the Eaton site is frustrating, to put it mildly.
Does anyone have an idea where I might find one?
(2) According to boost gauge, since new, my Borg Warner Turbo is only good for about 26 lbs. Wasn't a problem before, but I recently changed my injector codes back to stock setting, from the 5232#s. (really rough idling concerned me). Yes, the rough idle went away, but so did approx. 50hp.!!!!
Hoping to gain back some of the lost hp, intentions are to add fuel cooler, and wire, also considering adjusting wastegate to bring boost up to approx. 30 lbs. Seems that I remember reading that this wasn't too hard to do, and don't think asking the turbo for 30lbs of boost is unrealistic, but any input on these ideas welcomed, and hopefully someone can walk me through the wastgate adjustment.
Thanks in advance.
Lost some horsepower!!!

You should be able to get a fuel cooler at any heavy truck parts place(KW, Pete, Freightliner, etc.)
droy Thanks this. -
You might try a junkyard too if the dealership is high. You could take it to a radiator shop to get pressure tested and boiled out. By the time you do all that and get it plumbed though, I bet you could get your ECM flashed for what you have invested.

DDS put a 6NZ file in my MBN ECM, did a great job, gobs of power, fuel economy up to average of 6.2, EGTs seldom over 1000, but I just didn't care for that rough idle- no sweet spot till around 1400 rpm, your feet would actually feel a "tingle" through the carpet at times. Don't get me wrong, what I have js a 550 hp engine, it pulls like one, but have you ever gotten out of a Vette, and into Mom's station wagon?
The fuel cooler, and wire is a cheap easy way to replace some of the horsepower,....... Why NOT do it? -

if that doesnt work, try an automotive shop. they have tranny coolers, just make sure and measure one before you buy it, the eaton cooler measurements are: 13.5"x6"x1.5"

Gotcha, I figured you had a stock program with the 5232s.
