25 years back I would have had a different opinion. But the downtown commerce had a contest for business or entities to have a toy soldier. I must admit the folks at Tiffin PD did a heck of a job. They included a donut in the holster.

Well, I hit the Goog tryin to not look like an idiot, to no avail. I did find Hurst Trailers over in TN, but didn't see anything like that.

So, I assume Hurst is a brand? I've never heard of them before now

Sorry, it is a blast from the past.

He hauled a dozer on his aluminum stepdeck and used his ramps to ground load. Unfortunately the ### end of his stepdeck wasn't up to the task.

 

Wasn’t even a big one. I think it was a 953 crawler.

 

I can't remember what it was, but as I recall it wasn't all that big.

 

Got a reserved spot in this tiny pilot in Okeechobee, FL for the night after spending all day in Miami traffic. Some how it's worse than LA?

Guy in the corner pulled in and blocked the spot next to me. He was here before I was. So that leaves an empty spot in the corner. About an hour later the KW pulls up only to find the spot he paid for is inaccessible thanks to nose in guy. I offered to pull out and let him have the corner as long as he was cool with waiting for me to leave in the morning.

I pulled out to let him in. As I'm waiting for him to finish a guy from National Carriers Inc pulls up on my right and starts laying on the horn and flashing his lights. Then as I start to back up he pulls behind to block me. Get out to tell him I'm backing back in and he keeps yelling about how he needs fuel and I need to just move to let him through. He now has 2 other people out there pissed at him because he's still hitting the horn. Goes in to get the manager and she's just standing there staring at him telling him she'll just call the cops to let them figure it out. He keeps yelling as I tell him to enjoy the next 9 hours since I'm not moving since he pulled behind me while I was backing up. Sit for another 5 minutes in my truck before the manager asks me nicely if I can just pull up. Move forward and he takes off at 40mph around the truckstop. Back into my spot again and continue eating dinner.

Guess being an ####### didn't save him much time since he still had to sit there and wait. Could've just waited 30 seconds for me to back in.

He could've even just asked hey can I get by quick I'm in a rush and I would've gone.
