Back home now. Guess I’ll go pick up the windshield frame with the new glass installed, probably do Jeep things the rest of the day. I found the new bikini top and new axle was delivered while I was gone….

One of the guys here ran an old three axle scissor neck that thing was 11 on the tough scale, but heavy.IH Truck Guy, TX2Day, Oxbow and 6 others Thank this.

Where we go and what we will be packing on it, tough is very important — we don’t have nuth’n very heavy — 12k telehandler is about it — maybe a 550 dozer once in a whilesawmill, RGN, exhausted379 and 8 others Thank this.

Some of the pavers around here used them long ago, most have changed to RGN now. I've never used one but always wondered how do you keep the kingpin out of the dirt?.
-
The king pin slips up into the neck when you lay it down. Put a mudflap or chunk of plywood down under it to keep dirt or rocks from sticking in the grease.
