Running? I'd rather chew on a lit flare.
There are a few ways to get your heart hammering out of your throat. Getting cornered by a big, angry dog, being in a knife fight, or just getting threatened with a knife, being shot at, or again, being threatened, getting in a bar fight without back up. I'm sure there are others but these have worked well for me.
Anybody run?

Still after it. Been hitting the gym pretty hard when I'm home, and running every 2-3 days. Trying to work up to a local 55k ultra Nov 1st.
My right foot has made it tough with some severe plantar faciitis. Took off running half of May and all of June because of it.
Felt strong this morning.

Hi, I like to run in the mornings and was wondering if anyone here has a similar routine. I’m thinking about getting my CDL to start a new career in OTR trucking and trying to get a sense of what my daily life would be like. 10 hours doesn’t sound like much time to get squeeze in a run with all the other things like sleep, shower , bathroom and so on. Can I still earn a living and keep a job say for instance if I sometimes only work 12 hours a day?
There’s also the issue of where to run.
Do most OTR truckers park at truck or rest stops for the night? I’m aware that truckers sometimes park along the roads in cities but wasn’t sure if that’s usually not the case most nights. My brief stays at truck and rest stops leads me to believe they are less than ideal places to run and would get old quickly. -
