06 379, feels like it is hopping or slipping when turning. Only noticed it going forward, but didn't have a ton of room to test it in reverse. Steer tires look okay. Can turn the steering wheel about a full turn in both directions when stopped, but becomes nearly impossible to turn afterwards. The front axle looks okay, but I don't have another person to watch components while I'm turning or anything. Any idea where I should start?

With a trailer on, but both loaded and unloaded. She feels alright without the trailer too. I also noticed a growling kinda noise turning left?
