Pending canadian rail strike

I overheard a couple local drivers at Dearborn truck plant, talking about how a rail stoppage could affect them. A lot of parts come from canada to production plants. A part shortage could have a odd effect on what i do. First might be ectra work due to missing Candian trucks, then slowdown as a gluten of canadian take extra freight forcing other haulers to move loads i would be doing, for less.
The rail union announced a 72 hour notice to strike today, disregarding govt intervention.

 

That already happened. Union said 72 hr notice i talks dont get real. Rail companies seem to be playing dumb

 

They are much better at having strikes.
