DD15 Parked SCR Efficiency Test keeps aborting. Anyone know why or how to fix it?

Hi all, I have a ‘21 Cascadia with a DD15 in it, with infamous codes 521049/31, 521050/31 & 521052/31. I also have access to DDDL 8.2. Here’s what I did to remedy the issue so far:

Ran the forced parked regen, NOX reached 1, regen was done in about 45 min with temps reaching 1080F.
Once it was done, I tried to run a Parked SCR efficiency test, the truck starts a regen, does it for about 30 min initially and randomly stops, saying it was aborted as in the pic below. LAHMR did increase from .72 to .81 but I can’t restart it anymore because it keeps throwing the same error right away. I let it all cool down a couple of hours, tried the same process again, and after first 30 min same thing happened again.

Does anyone here have any suggestions on how to bypass that? I’m gonna bring a buddy that has Jpro and see if that’ll get the test going but as of right now I’m stuck with a 5mph derate and computers that aren’t communicating.

Are you pressing start, then holding the regen button until the SCR test activates?

I recommend performing a test on the DEF pump. The normal data that a DEF pump should show is 1200 revolutions and 144 psi of pressure. If the revolutions are higher than 1200, it could be due to the following:

    1. Check for DEF leaks.
    2. Blockages in the DEF lines.
    3. DEF pump damage.
    4. Clogged DEF injector.
    5. Check the DEF pump for crystallized DEF.
You can start by checking these issues.

As for being stuck at 5 mph...

Since you have the DDDL software, go into the Common Limiters section and you will see the three states of derate. You can change those to high mph values and effectively cancel the derate consequences. You will still have the dash lights and codes, but you won't have to limp around at 5 mph. They only do the 5 mph stunt because they think most drivers wouldn't bother to fix a DEF problem otherwise. They're probably right.

I have a 2016 and I'm just assuming the Common Limiters section is the same for your year model.
